The company had a poorly designed site that flunked multiple user-experience and page ranking tests. It was difficult to understand the features and differences between the hot tubs. The images were irrelevant. Customer service was bogged down with basic marketing and support questions. The old design was cluttered and difficult to navigate. The dealer locator was also problematic and rarely worked. And there was no lead generation at all. &amp;lt;/p&amp;gt;
I prepared a detailed audit of the site, and with that research, completed a content strategy, which included detailed page diagrams and videos. We also gave them a road map to create user-friendly content over a period of a year, for the sake of lead generation. The result is a much better experience for users.
